Ways to give

One-off and recurring gifts, matching gifts through your employer, and gifts of stock or from a donor-advised fund. What each takes, and how long each takes.

Warning

Demo mode — nothing here submits

This is a prototype. The forms below validate and show the real field set, but they post to a local endpoint and never reach a donation platform, a CRM or a mailing list. We do not send test data into a client's production systems.

Every gift to Hudson Highlands Fjord Trail, Inc. goes to building and stewarding a free, public, accessible park between Cold Spring and Beacon.

Give now

A card gift takes about a minute. Recurring gifts can be changed or stopped from the receipt email — no phone call, no form.

Matching gifts

Many employers will match a charitable gift, and a surprising number of donors never find out. Search for your employer at the point of giving and, if it matches, the form tells you what it needs from you before you have finished.

Stock, donor-advised funds and legacies

  • Gifts of stock — email info@hhft.org for transfer details.
  • Donor-advised funds — recommend a grant through your sponsoring organisation.
  • Legacy gifts — we would rather have a conversation than a form.

Where your gift goes

Audited financial statements and Form 990s are in the Digital Resource Library. If you would like to know what a specific gift would fund at a specific place along the corridor, that is what capital project funding is for.

Information

About the donation platform

Donations on the live site are handled by a third-party platform with a Salesforce integration. In this prototype the form is rebuilt natively so that it can be tested for accessibility end to end — a donation flow that a screen-reader user cannot complete is not a donation flow. Whether to keep the existing platform or replace it is a decision with real cost implications either way, and it belongs in the proposal, not in a button.
