Event
A slow, level, ninety-minute walk on the Beacon waterfront during autumn migration. Step-free throughout, benches every few hundred feet, binoculars to borrow.
Demonstration content. This event was written for the prototype to exercise the calendar, its filters and its accessibility fields. It is not a scheduled HHFT event.
An easy morning on flat ground beside the river, moving slowly and stopping often. Long Dock Park is a two-hundred-yard walk from Beacon station, which makes this the most car-free event on the programme.
Some binoculars are available to borrow. No experience needed and no equipment required.
Accessible toilets are in the park building during opening hours. This walk is not ASL interpreted — email info@hhft.org at least ten days ahead and we will try to arrange it. There is no assistive listening equipment.
Every heading above appears on every event, including the ones where the answer is no. A missing heading is ambiguous; “ASL interpreted: No” is information.
